Measure your ring size

Rings are the most commonly returned or exchanged jewelry category. Fortunately, this isn’t because the rings fall short of expectations, but simply because the size turns out not to be quite right. That’s of course a shame, because you’ll want to wear your new ring right away. In addition, returns also cause unnecessary shipping and extra CO₂ emissions.

Fortunately, there are several simple ways to determine your ring size in advance, so you can order the correct size straight away. Good luck!

WAY 1
Measuring your ring size with a well-fitting ring and a ruler

Already have a ring that fits perfectly? Then you can easily use it to determine your ring size.

  1. Lay a well-fitting ring on a ruler. This can be your own ring or a ring for someone you’re buying a gift for.
  2. Measure the inner diameter of the ring in millimeters. For example, if the inner diameter is 18 millimeters, your ring size is 18.

Measure your ring size with a string and a ruler

Don't have a fitting ring on hand? Then you can also easily measure the circumference of your finger.

  1. Wrap a string around the finger you want to order the ring for.
  2. Mark the point where the end of the string meets the start.
  3. Lay the string along a ruler and measure the length in millimeters.
  4. You have now measured the circumference of your finger. Using the size chart, you can then easily determine the corresponding ring size.
