Returns
Download here the return form. Products can only be returned for a refund. Fill out the form and send it along with the package. I guarantee a refund of the amount if the product is undamaged, including the return form, and has been delivered to the return address within 14 days. It is important to process the return shipment using the process below for a successful transfer.
- Fill out the return form.
- Would you like a different product? You can place a new order via www.soek-atelier.nl and return the relevant products for a bank transfer.
- Send the products back in a suitable, sturdy package including the return form.
- All items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. After which the total purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, will be transferred. Refunds can only be made to the account used for the original payment.
- The costs and responsibility for the return shipment are at your own expense. I recommend sending the return shipment with a Track and Trace code — if this is not the case and the shipment is lost, this is not my responsibility.
- If the goods are used, damaged, or incomplete, Soek. Atelier reserves the right to refuse the returned items.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt and inspection.
If you discover visible defects immediately when the product arrives, you must report this to me directly, but no later than 5 days after the actual transfer via info@soek-atelier.nl to Soek. Atelier. If these 5 days are exceeded, any claim against Soek. Atelier expires.
