Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – General

1.1 The general terms and conditions of Soek. Atelier apply to all agreements. When you order an item from Soek. Atelier, you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

1.2 These general terms and conditions are intended to create clarity between the parties regarding the conditions under which the agreement between the parties is concluded, as well as the conditions under which the further execution of the agreement takes place.

 

1.3 The company Soek. Atelier is gevestigd at Leeuweriklaan 22, 5527HC in Hapert. Can be reached at telephone number 0031 6 29 60 17 98 or via info@soek-atelier.nl. Soek. Atelier is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under the name Soek. Atelier and number 90422163 and has VAT identification number NL004815564B82.

 

Article 2 – Agreement and order

2.1 The agreement is binding at the moment you place an order. Soek. Atelier processes the order after payment has been received. Until that moment, Soek. Atelier is the sole owner of the products.

 

2.2 As soon as the order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by email that the payment has been accepted, and an email with the invoice and details of your order.

 

2.3 All products are handmade and may therefore differ slightly from the image. This cannot be grounds for filing a claim.

 

Article 3 – Payment and payment methods

3.1 At Soek. Atelier you can pay with Ideal, Pay Pal, Bancontakt, Belfius, KVC/CVC, Klarna and Trustly.

 

3.2 All product prices on soek-atelier.nl include VAT, but exclude shipping costs (unless stated otherwise).

 

3.3 If an incorrect price is accidentally listed on the website soek-atelier.nl, and it is clearly a mistake, I have the right to adjust it. Even if you have already ordered this item.

 

Article 4 – Delivery and shipping

4.1 The place of delivery is deemed to be the address provided.

 

4.2 All products are made to order and by hand; in order to make the order, I use a shipping timeframe of 1-3 working days. If this unexpectedly differs, I will let you know by email.

 

4.3 Shipping within the Netherlands via letterbox parcel is free from 75 euro. If you order below that amount, the cost in the Netherlands is 4,25 euro; if you order in Belgium or Germany, the cost is 6,75 euro. I ship all parcels with a tracking number, uninsured.

 

4.4 You will always receive an email when the parcel is on its way, including the corresponding PostNL tracking number.

 

4.5 Up to the moment of delivery, Soek. Atelier bears responsibility for the order; after delivery, responsibility is transferred to you.

 

4.6 Soek. Atelier will make every effort to ensure that your order arrives on time. If I cannot deliver the product within the agreed period, I will inform you by email. In the event that a product is not delivered within the expected period, it is not possible to file a claim.

 

Article 5 – Returns and complaints

5.1 I naturally hope that you are happy with your purchase. All items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. After that, the full purchase amount excluding delivery costs will be refunded. The refund can only be made to the account used for the original payment.

 

5.2 The costs and responsibility of the return shipment are at your expense.

 

5.3 Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. If a return takes place for an order paid for by means of a gift voucher, the amount will be refunded to the gift voucher.

 

5.4 If the goods have been used, damaged or are incomplete, I have the right to refuse the returned items.

 

5.5 The refund will take place within 14 working days after receipt and inspection.

 

5.6 The return shipment must always be sent back with the Soek. Atelier return form, this form can be downloaded via soek-atelier.nl.

 

5.7 Complaints relating to visible defects must be reported to info@soek-atelier.nl and to Soek. Atelier immediately after their discovery, but no later than 5 days after the actual transfer. If the stated period is exceeded, any claim against Soek. Atelier with regard to the relevant defects shall lapse.

 

Article 6 – Copyright

6.1 The designs, drawings, calculations, descriptions and models produced or provided by Soek. Atelier and the eligible performances in that regard remain the intellectual property of Soek. Atelier, regardless of whether costs have been charged for them. Reproduction or disclosure of the aforementioned matters or goods is not permitted without the prior written consent of Soek. Atelier.

 

6.2 The parties agree that Dutch law applies to all agreements to which the general terms and conditions apply.
